About the project

SoftSkills4Mfg is an Erasmus+ KA220 project that aims to bridge gaps identified for soft skills in continuous vocational education and training (VET) within the European manufacturing sector by incorporating the LifeComp framework. This will ensure the development of competencies essential for both personal and professional success in a digitally evolving manufacturing sector.

WHAT WE DO

These resources are designed to support educators and trainers in delivering high-quality training, contributing to the project’s objective of equipping the workforce with critical soft skills. By providing comprehensive guides and instructional materials, the project ensures that the training delivered is consistent, accessible, and capable of enhancing employability within the sector.
